Crispy Almond Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:


1 cup blanched almonds

1 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chile powder

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

4 medium chicken leg quarter

1/2 cup unsalted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine almonds, ginger, and garlic in a food processor process to a paste add salt, chile powder, cumin, and white pepper pulse to mix well dip chicken in butter coat evenly with almond mixture place onto a rack in a roasting pan roast at 375 degrees for 60 minutes serve hot
