Preparation / Directions:
Split breasts; remove any fat. Place meat into shallow pan or dish.
Blend cottage cheese, onion, lemon juice, mustard, lemon-pepper seasoning, and oregano until smooth.
Pour mixture over all sides of chicken. Cove dish; refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking pan lightly with vegetable oil.
Combine bread crumbs and salt in shallow dish; stir. Dredge each chicken breast into bread crumbs, coating both sides.
Arrange chicken in baking pan. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes.
