2 pieces chickens -- cut in pieces the you wish to serve
1/4 Cup flour
2 medium green peppers -- chopped
4 medium Onions -- chopped
32 ounces tomatoes
1/2 pound almonds -- blanched
1 can pimentos -- cut in small pieces
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 pound mushrooms
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Wash chicken in salt water and dry. Roll in flour and saute in frying pan until brown. Then put in roasting pan; cover with water (about 2 cups). Add all other ingredients; allow to simmer very slowly until chicken is tender. The chicken can be boned then or served as is. Serve with rice. The ingredients may be varied according to personal taste. Different vegetables may be added.
