Preparation / Directions:Break vermicelli in half. Cook as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Toss vermicelli, chicken, jicama, cilantro, carrots and cucumber with Ginger Dressing. Spoon onto salad greens if desired. GINGER DRESSINGMix all ingredients.
