Chicken Tortilla Wrap-Ups

Ingredients:

8 Whole flour tortillas -- (8 inch)
1 Teaspoon chili powder
2 Cups chopped -- cooked white meat chicken
1 Can small white beans -- (10 1/2 ounce)
1 bottle salsa
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. preheat oven to 350°. Wrap stack of tortillas in foil and place in oven to steam 10 minutes. 2. Heat 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Put in undrained chicken and (drained) beans , add chili powder and 3 tablespoons salsa. Mash beans a little as you cook. Heat mixture through and remove from heat. 3. On each tortilla sprinkle some cheese and 1/8 of the meat-bean mixture and 1 tablespoon salsa. Wrap up. Place in a baking pan and reheat in oven if desired or serve immediately.
