4 whole chicken legs/thigh combo
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper -- freshly ground
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion -- finely chopped
1/2 cup green peppers -- finely chopped

In shallow dish, mix together flour, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Add chicken, turning to coat each piece. In large frypan, place oil and heat over medium heat.
