Preparation / Directions:1. In a bowl combine all ingredients except chicken and bamboo skekwers.
2. Slice chicken into long thin strips
3. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
4. Thread the chicken strips onto the soaked bamboo skewers and grill on the BBQ or broiler.
Notes: The Thai name for this is Satay Gai. Excellent served with Spicy Peanut Sauce and Sticky or Jasmine rice.
