Chicken Piccata

2 whole boneless -- skinless chicken breasts
1 medium lemon -- juiced
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour

Preparation / Directions:

Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness. Dreadge in flour, salt and pepper. Fry quickly in oil. Remove chicken and saute sliced mushrooms in same pan. Add juice of one lemon and the white wine. Boil down to about 1/2 of the liquid, then add back the chicken and heat until chicken is warm.
