1 pound boneless chicken breast
16 skewers skewer -- (8 to 10) 8 inch
1 bottle panang curry sauce

Preparation / Directions:

1. cut chicken into long thin strips, about 6 strips per breast. 2. thread chicken onto skewers. 3. prepare panang curry sauce. 4. put skewered chicken into container. 5. pour hot panang curry sauce over chicken and refrigerate at least one hour. 6. grill chicken over hot coals or broil on high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side.
