8 medium chicken breasts
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons sherry
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoons tomato paste
1 medium fresh bay leaf
3 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup fresh shrimp -- cooked

Preparation / Directions:

preheat oven to 300 ° saute` the chicken breasts in the butter till they are golden brown spoon on the sherry put the chicken in a baking dish and cover with foil. bake about 30 Mins. in a skillet, saute` the mushrooms in butter and then blend in the flour. Next add the chicken broth, tomato paste and seasonings and simmer till the mixture thickens. add the shrimp and simmer till warmed. pour sauce over chicken
