Chicken In Mushroom Gravy

6 whole chicken breasts halves
2 cans condensed mushroom soup -- (10 3/4 oz)
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
8 ounces canned mushrooms -- sliced and drained
1/2 cup dry white wine

Preparation / Directions:

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the wine and the soup. Pour over the chicken. Add the mushrooms. Cover. Cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
