Chicken Deviled Eggs

6 large hard cooked eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -- to taste
1 tablespoon minced parsely
1 teaspoon paprika -- for garnish

Preparation / Directions:

1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. 2. Marsh yolks w/ a fork. Add chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, hot sauce and parsely. Blend well. Stuff egg whites w/ yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops w/ paprika to garnish. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
