Chicken Breasts In Sour Cream

4 medium boned chicken breasts
1 can sliced mushrooms -- (drained), (6 oz.)
1/2 can cream sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation / Directions:

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces do not overlap. Cover with mushrooms. Combine soup (undiluted), sherry and sour cream. Stir until well blended. Pour over chicken completely covering it. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
