1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup half and half
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 teaspoon chopped pimiento stuffed olives
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 slices toast

Preparation / Directions:

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and half and half; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir next 6 ingredients into the sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over toast.
