Spicy Hummus

Ingredients:


5 ounces canned chickpeas -- drained and rinsed (reserve 1 tsp. liquid)

1 teaspoon sesame tahini

1 cloves garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon coriander

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

3/4 teaspoon parsley -- minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Use 1 tsp. bean juice to moisten, if necessary. Process until smooth.
