Hot Curried Chicken Salad

2 cups cooked chicken or turkey -- cubed or shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons onion -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons capers -- drained
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 stalks celery -- thinly sliced
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds

Preparation / Directions:

Heat oven to 350F degrees. Mix all ingredients except almonds. Spoon into ungreased 1-quart casserole or six 1-cup baking dishes. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake uncovered until chicken mixture is hot, about 20 minutes.
