Preparation / Directions:Melon: honeydew, cantaloupe, casaba or Spanish melon, cut into thin wedges.
Arrange salad greens and cabbage on platter or 4 salad plates; top with chicken, melon, pineapple and jicama. Garnish with lime slices and cilantro, sprigs, if desired. Serve with Green Chili Dressing.
