1 cup Cheddar cheese cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
8 medium chicken breast halves -- skinned and boned
4 medium green onions -- chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can chopped green chiles -- (4-oz) drained
1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillion granules

Preparation / Directions:

Combine cracker crumbs and seasoning mix in a small bowl, stirring well. Dredge chciken in crumb mixture; place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Saute green onions in butter in a skillet until tender. Stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
