Balsamic Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:


6 Medium boneless chicken breasts -- skinned

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

5 teaspoons sugar

5 tablespoons catsup

1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

1 Medium green onion -- minced

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon garlic -- minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 drops hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place the chicken in a covered container or ziplock bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium coals for 4 minutes. Turn chicken and grill until chicken is cooked through but still moist, about 3 minutes.
