4 whole chicken breasts
2 packages frozen broccoli spears -- (10 oz.)
1/2 pound wined cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sauterne wine
1/2 Cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation / Directions:

Cook and bone chicken. Cut each into 4 pieces. Put cooked and drained broccoli into greased 12 x B inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Add thin slices of cheese. Mix soup and wine; pour over all. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes.
