The Cove’s Stuffed Chicken Breast

5 ounces chicken breast
1 ounces chicken diced
2 ounces tomatoes diced
1 pint mushrooms
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch spinach leaves Poached
1 large egg
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons Seasoning
1/4 cup sliced almonds and crushed walnuts

Preparation / Directions:

For the sniffing salt and in a little butter the diced chicken and vegetables. Take it off the heat and add the egg and the seasoning, let it cool out. Flatten the chicken breast and season lightly, spread the spinach leaves over the breast, add the cool stiffing and roll tile chicken breast. Bread with the almonds and walnuts and bake it in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. We suggest to serve it with a light mushroom sauce.
