Curried Chicken and Rice Salad

Ingredients:

1 package Salad greens
1 small bell pepper chopped (1/2 cup)
2 medium celery sliced stalks (1 cup)
2 medium mangoes peeled, pitted and diced (2 cups)
2 cups chicken cut-up cooked
3 cups rice cold cooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 cup yogurt plain fat-free
1/2 cup mayonnaise reduced-fat
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder and salt in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except salad greens. 2. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Just before serving, arrange on salad greens on 6 plates.
