Sinbad's Wings,wings in a savoury rub deep fried succulent golden brown,dipped in a hot sauce.


4 pound chicken wings
1 Tablespoon thyme
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon summer savoury
1/4 Teaspoon sage
1 Teaspoon paparika
1 Teaspoon garlic salt or a clove diced
1 Teaspoon grated ginger
1 dash tumeric
2 Tablespoon olive oil mixed with
1 Teaspoon sesame seed oil,or peanut oil

Preparation / Directions:

Wash chicken wings,and dry with either paper towels ,or news paper.Sprinkle with the oil,and stir in the wings.Sprinkle wings with the rub and stir in .Heat oil in deep fryer to 350%,fry until golden brown.Add 1cup of ketchup with a tbsp.of hot sauce,put sauce into individual little cups and dip away.
