Potato Cheese Croquettes

Ingredients:


3 cups frozen hash browns -- thawed

1 cup swiss cheese -- grated

1 can cream of potato soup

2 large eggs

3 tablespoons flour -- plain

1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

1 1/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs

2 Cup oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine potatoes, cheese, soup, eggs, flour, and pepper in a medium bowl. Shape 1/4 cup potato mixture into round balls and roll in crumbs. Fry in heated oil (350) until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain, serve immediately.
