Ingredients:


4 ounces cream cheese

3/4 cup smoked cheddar cheese

2 teaspoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon dry white wine

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1/4 cup walnuts

2 teaspoons parsley

1 pound assorted savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine cream cheese, smoked cheddar, and butter in a food processor process until smooth and well blended add wine and horseradish-mix well cover and chill for 30-60 minutes combine walnuts and parsley shape cheese mixture into a ball roll in nut mixture and press lightly to coat evenly cover and chill for 4-96 hours serve lightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted crackers to the side
