3 tablespoons bacon fat
1 cup onion
30 ounces refried beans
1 tablespoon garlic
1 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Saute onions in fat for 8-10 minutes, until golden add beans, garlic, and chile powder add 1/2 cup cheese heat and stir until cheese melts spoon into a serving dish or individual bowls top with remaining cheese serve hot
