Preparation / Directions:
*1* 25 or less graham crackers crushed, save some without the margarine to sprinkle on top. *2* May omit, put in bottom of 9x13 pan *3* 1 pak Lemon Jello in bowl. Let stand till thick but not stiff. For the cheese/sugar/vanilla filling, she says "I creamed this by hand, then after beating the milk I beat this with the beater then mixed together. *4* chill over nite in LARGE BOWL also chilled and beater. Mix in the cheese mixture, pour in pan on the crackers. Sprinkle extra crackers on top. Put in refrigerator and chill.
