Chile-Cheese Puffs

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
4 ounces diced green chiles

Preparation / Directions:

Combine flour, salt, and garlic salt cut in butter, until crumbly stir in sour cream-mix well stir in chiles and cheese shape into a ball wrap in plastic and chill 4-12 hours, until firm on a floured board, rollout to a thickness of 1/4-inch cut into 1" shapes place on an ungreased cookie sheet bake @ 375 degrees for 14-18 minutes, until puffed and golden serve hot, warm, or at room temperature
