Ingredients:
100 grams flour |
50 grams sugar |
5 milliliter lemon rind |
1 1/2 milliliter vanilla |
1 large egg yolk |
50 grams softened butter |
1 kilograms cream cheese |
300 grams sugar |
20 grams flour |
7 milliliter orange rind |
7 milliliter lemon rind |
1 1/2 milliliter vanilla |
5 large eggs |
2 large egg yolks |
50 milliliter cream |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200 øC .
2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.
3. Bake at 225 øC for 10-12 minutes.
4. Reduce to 100 øC for 1 hour.
Difficulty : easy to moderate.
