Preparation:
1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200 øC .
2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.
3. Bake at 225 øC for 10-12 minutes.
4. Reduce to 100 øC for 1 hour.
