Crock Pot Dried Beef Casserole

Ingredients:


2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)

6 ounces dried beef shredded

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese -- cubed

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

4 large hard cooked eggs -- diced

1/2 medium onion -- chopped

2 cups evaporated milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and pour in crock pot, stirring thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours or high for 3 hours.
