Acorn Squash Casserole

Ingredients:


2 pounds acorn squash

1 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cottage cheese

4 large egg

3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients (except butter) in a 9x13x2-inch glass baking dish.

2. Cover each with butter.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
