Spoon Bread Casserole

Ingredients:


1 package jiffy corn muffin mix

1 can cream style corn -- 8oz

1 can whole kernel corn -- 8oz, drained

1/2 cup melted margarine

1 cup sour cream

2 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour margarine and corn into casserole. Blend in sour cream. Beat eggs and stir into casserole along with corn muffin mix. Blend thoroughly. Bake about 35 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
