Preparation / Directions:
If using fresh snow peas, remove the ends and strings. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, sweet-and-sour sauce, cornstarch and aniseed; set aside. Spray an unheated large skillet with no-stick spray. heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the carrots. Cook and stir for 4 minutes. Add the fresh or thawed snow peas and onions. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes more or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in the orange juice mixture. Cook and stir until the mixture thickens and begins to gently boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
