Peanut Butter-Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:


2 teaspoons instant-coffee powder

2 teaspoons water

1/2 cup creamy or super chunk peanut butter

1 package pitted dates

1 Cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes about 34 dates 1. Mix coffee powder and water in a small bowl; add to peanut butter and mix well. 2. Stuff dates with peanut butter mixture; roll in sugar.
