1/2 cup creamy or super chunk peanut butter
1 package pitted dates

Preparation:
Makes about 34 dates
1. Mix coffee powder and water in a small bowl; add to peanut butter and mix well.
2. Stuff dates with peanut butter mixture; roll in sugar.
