Peanut Butter Fingers

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg -- unbeaten
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup quick-cooking oats
---Frosting:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk -- (2 to 4)
 

Preparation / Directions:

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar well. Blend in peanut butter, salt, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour, soda and oatmeal. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Batter will be stiff. Frost while still warm with: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup peanut butter 2-4 T milk
