Irish Potatoes (Candy)

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Karo light syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup coconut
2 cups powdered sugar (1 lb.)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation / Directions:

Cream together butter, syrup, then add vanilla and coconut. Then add a little powdered sugar at a time. Shape into bite size balls. Roll in cinnamon (1/4 cup). Put on wax paper. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 3 dozen.
