Irish Candy Potatoes

8 ounces cream cheese -- room temperature
1 pound sugar (10x)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon evaporated milk or light cream
1 package coconut
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation / Directions:

In bowl, using fork, spread cheese. Add 10X sugar, vanilla, cream and coconut. Mix well. Put cinnamon in bowl (or bag). Roll candy mixture into potato shapes and roll potatoes in cinnamon. Makes approximately 8 dozen. Refrigerate.
