Preparation / Directions:


1. Cook to exact temperature given in recipe. 2. Use granulated sugar in preference to other types. 3. If a light coating of butter is applied to the inside of the utensil about 2 inches from the top, it will prevent boiling over. 4. If frosting starts to harden before the cake is frosted, add a drop of water and stir as needed. 5. When chocolate is used in recipes, always melt before adding to balance of mixture.
