Chocolate Coconut Bon Bons

1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups quick cooking rolled oats -- uncooked
1 Cup Flaked or shredded coconut

Preparation / Directions:

Cream together butter and sugar. Add cocoa and vanilla. Gradually add nuts and oats. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in coconut.
