Chocolate Cherry Creams

Ingredients:

6 ounces nestles semi sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup pet evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar -- sifted
1/3 cup nuts -- cut up
1/3 cup maraschino cherries -- cut up, well drained
1 1/4 cups coconut -- cut up, 1 can
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Put chocolate and evaporated milk into a geavy 2 quart saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts completely. Remove from heat. 2. Stir in until well mixed powdered sugar, nuts and cherries. Chill until mixture is frim enough to handle, about 1 hour. 3. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture in coconut. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Keep chilled. Makes about 30.
