Lemon-Lime Angel Food Cake

1 cup cake flour
12 large egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 1/4 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 2/3 cups superfine sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Preparation / Directions:

Position Rack in lowest third of oven at 350 degrees Sift flour with 1/3 cup sugar. Beat egg, lemon and lime juice. Gradually beat in remaining 1 cup sugar. Continue beating until stiff. Mix lemon and lime peel. Sift 1/4 cup of flour into whites. Continue until flour is gone. Spoon into 10" tube pan. Bake for 42 minutes. Invert pan and place it on a bottle and allow to cool.
