Homemade Pineapple Cake |

Ingredients:

3 cups flour -- self-rising, sifted |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
2 1/2 sticks butter -- melted |
1 teaspoon pineapple flavor |
1 teaspoon yellow food coloring |
6 large eggs |
1 package pineapple or vanilla pudding mix -- pineapple is best |
---icing |
1 small cup sour cream |
1 large bowl cool whip |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
2 cans crushed pineapple w/juice |

Preparation / Directions:
Cake: Mix all together with a mixer. Make sure all loops are gone. Use 2 nonstickpans or spray the pans.
Icing: Mix well and put between layers. May frost with white icing, if desired.
Keep in refrigerator.
(Makes 1 big or 2 small cakes.)
