Gingerbread Delish

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1/3 cup brown gravy sauce
2 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/4 cups dairy sour cream
1 Cup sweetened whipped cream -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy. 2. Beat in eggs, then brown gravy sauce. 3. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream; mix well. 4. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; bake in preheated 350 F. oven 30 to 35 minutes. 5. Cool. Cut into squares. 6. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
