Ingredients:


1 large egg

1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

1/2 pound crabmeat

2 tablespoons green bell pepper

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

1 tablespoon peanut oil

1/2 cup cocktail sauce

2 medium lemon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine egg and breadcrumbs-mix well stir in crab, bell peppers, mayonnaise, and cayenne-mix well heat oil in a skillet, over a medium flame drop crab mixture, by teaspoonsful, into hot skillet pan-fry for 4-5 minutes, until browned turn and pan-fry another 4 minutes, until browned drain briefly on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve hot or at room temperature, garnished with quartered lemons and cocktail sauce to the side
