Preparation / Directions:
Cake mix: Combine the ingredients and store in covered container. Streusel mix: Combine dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Store, covered, in refrigerator. NOTE: The amount in this mix should make 5 coffee cakes.
For Streusel Coffee Cake - Combine 2 1/2 cups mix with a mixture of 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 beaten egg, and 1/2 cup milk. Spread into greased 8x8 inch pan. Top with the streusel topping mix (approximately 3/4 cup per recipe). Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
