2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon butter

Preparation / Directions:

Butter a 8x12x2" cake pan, preheat oven to 375 F. Beat the eggs and vanil la well, add 1 cup sugar. Mix well. Sift together flour, bakning powder a nd salt. Add eggs. Heat milk with butter until butter melts, Mix into bat ter. Beat for 1 minutes until smooth. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the ca ke starts to brown on top.
