1 medium round steak
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 Cup cracker crumbs
1 Cup oil

Preparation / Directions:

Cut fat and gristle from round steak. Beat egg and season with salt and pepper. Coat meat in egg, then in cracker crumbs. Fry in oil almost to cover until blood rises to top, turn and cook other side. Drain on paper towel and serve.
