Ingredients:


1/2 pound butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1 tablespoons very finely chopped parsley

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 pound butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1 tablespoons very finely chopped parsley

1 tablespoons lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a mixing bowl, work butter with a wooden spoon until creamy. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.~ Served mostly with boiled fish or with vegetables.
